Those found carrying dangerous items prohibited by law will be turned over to the authorities.
ADVANCE TICKET DELIVERY
Advance tickets will be mailed via SAGAWA KYUBIN delivery service
CANCELLATION
If an event is cancelled by an act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood, war, terrorism, strike, or lockout etc.) no refunds will be made however we will do our outmost to reschedule. We will attempt to contact you with further instructions in these instances. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours of the announcement of a cancellation, please contact us.
POSTPONED EVENTS
In the unprobable event a concert is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued.
